I decided I needed something that was a treat last night after dinner. I also needed more protein, so I looked around the kitchen to see what I had. I picked up a couple of things before putting them down and making smarter choices.
I love me some Larabars, but they have a ton of fat. It’s good fat, but if you’ve already had your avocado and almond butter for the day, it’s not the best option.
So I created this little treat. And yes, that’s an empty bowl. It was good, what can I say?!

Love this idea! And yes, agreed about the fat. A good amount is healthy, but as someone who is trying to lose weight, there has to be other options!
